We were founded in 1997 by a core of successful Atlanta lawyers, primarily from one of the leading law firms in the country. Our vision was to create a firm of seasoned professionals in diverse legal specialties centering on corporate finance and securities, serving clients responsively and efficiently with their direct personal involvement.
