Recovery for Investor on Margin Dispute and Securities Manipulation Claims

In November 1994, Mr. Kline successfully represented an investor against a securities broker-dealer and two of its brokers on claims of improper margin transactions, fraud, fiduciary breach, securities manipulation and failure to supervise. Mr. Kline obtained a six digit NASD arbitration Award for his client.
