Sims Moss Recovers Actual Damages, Attorney's Fees, and Punitive Damages for Investor

In March 1999, Gerald B. Kline successfully represented a physician investor in a NASD Arbitration action against two brokerage firms and a broker on federal and state law claims of unauthorized and unsuitable trading, excessive trading, fraud and improper supervision.
