Sims Moss Recovers Deferred Compensation Benefits for Departing Securities Broker

In July 1998, Gerald B. Kline and Raymond L. Moss asserted a NASD arbitration claim on behalf of a retiring securities professional against a major broker-dealer to recover deferred compensation in the form of cash, stock and stock options. They contended that the broker-dealer had breached its contractual arrangement "retirement" arrangements with its departing broker. Messrs. Kline and Moss recovered a six digit NASD arbitration Award for their client.
